Role Overview
The HR Executive at VEN Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. is responsible for executing end-toend recruitment processes for both domestic and international staffing assignments.
The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, coordination, and documentation,
adhering strictly to defined SOPs to ensure uniformity, efficiency, and quality in
recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse job descriptions, conduct client and market research, and understand
requirement specifics including hierarchy, compensation bands, and reporting
lines.
Source, screen, and assess candidates ensuring professionalism and rapportbuilding.
Validate candidate interest, qualification, relocation readiness, and collect detailed
data such as CTC, notice period, alternate contacts, and consent (as applicable).
Maintain daily records via timesheets, Exotel, and HUB Staff, ensuring accurate call
tracking and documentation.
Prepare and format resumes as per company standards and track submission
through designated trackers.
Coordinate interview schedules, issue interview letters, and conduct pre- and postinterview follow-ups with candidates.
Ensure continuous engagement with selected candidates until joining, including
salary negotiations, offer acceptance, resignation follow-up, and reference
collection.
Collaborate with the Resource Manager/Account Manager for client
communications and updates; no direct interaction with client HR unless instructed.
Follow compliance and process integrity across all recruitment activities, with
special care for data privacy, ethics, and SOP adherence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Full-Time Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Excel, email, recruitment portals)
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, attention to detail, time management, and a
proactive mindset
